Reservoir Seeds created Sour Diesel IBL by drawing on North American Dead Tour genetics. They created an IBL, inbred line, which took over three years to create a uniform and stable plant that was only available as a clone. Sour Diesel Inbred Line was crossed with itself over and over again to create a great Sativa dominant indoor and greenhouse strain that smells like lemon and gasoline. Sour Diesel IBL also brings in an unforgettable high that anyone will enjoy.
Reservoir Seeds specifically bred Sour Diesel IBL for controlled indoor environments. She prefers a decent amount of feedings and a pH around 6.0 in hydroponics setups. Sour Diesel IBL is a picky plant that will grow well for the most successful of growers, but if you stick to the basics you can still grow an amazing Sour Diesel crop.
Sour Diesel IBL will triple in height when flowering is started at 12 inches tall. If you keep her pruned she is perfect for a high yielding sea ofgreen garden. If you want a multi-branch plant make sure you top her. Her foliage is originally short and thick, but will thin out over time. In soil, Sour Diesel IBL’s average flowering time is around 11 weeks, but it is not uncommon to see hydro times a week or so quicker. All growers can expect above average yields for this strain, up to 1 grams per watt of lighting indoors.
Reservoir Seeds’ version of Sour Diesel grows like most plants, but what you get once it is done is tight bud formation, and they smell strongly of diesel fuel and will taste like some yummy sour lemon candy. The smell can go through brick walls, so if you’re growing stealth make sure you take the neccessary precautions to control the odor.
This strain has soaring psychedelic high that will lift your mind and body, even gives you wings. After the initial lift off it will turn into a euphoric trip that is great for anything recreational.
