Skunk Haze is a classic combination of two of the greatest and most popular marijuana strains known to man. Haze is a great parent to hybrids due to the awesome high it gives you, and to also make Haze easier to grow. Skunk #1 has also been the mainstay for many hybrid strains which help make them easier to grow as well as being a basis for a great tasting and smelling plant with good yields.
Skunk Haze is a great hybrid of both strains. It still has the long and willow-like branches of the Haze parent so you may need to stake the branches to keep all your gorgeous and heavy buds growing. The Skunk parent cut down on the stretching, flowering time, and also fills in the colas for more yield and to make this plant more manageable for beginners.
Skunk Haze is taller than some hybrid, but delivers a great medium between Skunk and Haze plants. The buds tend to stay a light green color and form orange hairs. They also have decent mold resistant and are slightly airy. Skunk Haze also doesn’t mind a humid environment and seems to do best where heat and humidity can be similar to the tropics. If you’re not around the equator, you’d do best with Skunk Haze indoors for a better grow.
Skunk Haze has a strong smell towards harvest time, but throughout most of the vegetative stage it is hard to tell. The taste has slight earthy undertones, but is mostly a fruity haze influence rather than a Skunk-dominated flavor. Skunk Haze delivers a combination of a soaring head buzz and a lingering body feeling that isn’t strong enough to keep you locked to your couch. Depending on harvest time and your high preferences you may cut them early or hold off a bit to find the right kind of high you enjoy. The buzz is overall a clear head high that will keep your paranoia down and reduce anxiety.
