Raspberry Cough is a cross between Nirvana’s mystical Ice strain with a landrace strain from Cambodia. The Cambodian mother has high THC content and is very similar to Thai and other strains from those Southeast Asian countries. They are renowned as building blocks to make exceptional Sativa strains. The Ice father is mixed with red skunk along with white strains down the lineage and is well known for great yields and its fast growth.
Raspberry Cough is mostly Sativa but finishes and grows much faster than pure Sativa strains. If you live in a halfway suitable climate for plants you should be able to plant Raspberry Cough outdoors in May and harvest around the end of October. When growing indoors, keep in mind that two thirds of the growth happens during flowering. This strain stays narrow and can save space with a sea of green garden. Sea of green growers can expect around 400 to 500 grams per square meter. Raspberry Cough does best when the environment can be controlled due to its sensitivity to changes.
Raspberry Cough buds are not too fluffy or rock hard, but are similar to cat tail density and are covered in red hairs. During the final weeks of flowering, if night time temperatures become too cool they will turn blue. Raspberry Cough delivers an awake high that is very peaceful and will expand your lungs. It is a functional and clear headed high that will keep you alert and is good for anyone who loves a good Sativa buzz. Raspberry Cough is also well-known for medical purposes. It will help you keep your life in balance against any illnesses and help you stay active. Its taste reminds you of herb, mint, spice and floral freshness that is very appealing.
