Papaya is what Nirvana Seeds has named its ‘Mango’ marijuana strain. This is a most Indica strain that has strong and sweet scent with a mild spicy flavor. These plants smell fruity as they mature, but once finished and smoked they may remind you more of whiskey flavored pipe tobacco rather than an exotic tropical fruit. Papaya delivers a complex flavor that is coupled with a high THC content that will get you buzzing.
Papaya turns out to be a short plant with thin branches that will need to be staked. She ends up doubling in size by harvest time, but is typically under 6 feet tall. The buds are plentiful and appears to form nipples at the end. Most Papaya grows yield around 300 to 400 grams per square meters in soil with a sea of green growing method under a 600-watt lamp. Nirvana Seeds, like most breeders, recommends using organic plant food for the best flavors and bud-quality. Hydroponics gardens do end up with more yield, but they will not taste or smell anything like when you organically feed Papaya in soil.
