Nirvana Special is a Sativa dominant strain from Nirvana Seeds. It was created in mind of those who love the functional and creative Sativa highs as well as someone has a small indoor garden, looking for great taste and strength.
Nirvana Special has lanky branches due to its Sativa nature. They are easier to control when grown as a multi-branch plant, but can be pruned for a sea of green. Nirvana Seeds grows this strain at around 12 plants or less per square meter, coupled with a 600-watt lamp. Nirvana starts the flowering process as soon as the plant roots, instead of waiting for the vegetative stage, due to her rapid growth. Nirvana Special flowered at 20 cm can reach up to a meter at harvest. She has a decent yield, but the long flowering time, makes this strain for someone who is patient and experienced at waiting. The last few weeks of flowering, you may end up with a couple male flowers also.
To get the most yield out of Nirvana Special, Hydroponics is preferred. If that’s the case, you can expect up to 400g per square meter, though soil as a growing medium will ultimately taste and smell better and more organic. The leaves are medium sized and apple green. In colder environments, the leaves can turn to crimson red. Nirvana Special forms fluffy buds at several sites along the plant instead of a few large colas. Each of these buds are covered in trichomes. For the best flavor, use organic food to experience the best sweet-sour grape taste available.
