Max 49 was found in a cloning tray. When it was grown out it displayed much more vigor and flowered earlier than any of the other clones. The buds were dense, and large running down the stem full of glistening resin glands.

Max 49 has been cloned extensively along United States west coast since its discovery. Experts have determined that due to its characteristics Max 49 was a hybrid of a male Indica plant and a female Sativa. Max 49 was originally offered exclusively as a clone for medical marijuana garden.

Max 49 is a short plant with a short flowering time and it sprouts branches all over the place. It should be pruned twice when growing in a sea of green garden, once when it is switched to the flowering phase and again two weeks later. This will force Max 49 to grow a single stem that is strong enough to hold all the densely packed buds. When harvesting Max 49 can reach up to 30 inches tall. Medifarm recommends trimming one stem per 6-inch square when grown indoors. When grown outdoors Max 49 reaches around 3 feet with multiple branches and only needs moderate to slightly intense sunlight for it to grow well, but will strive under bright sun. In a warmer climate, expect a small plant with an early finish.

Max 49 buds that have been cured still have the same floral sweet smells of the plant while growing, and its the same for taste. The high is very energetic, cerebral, and quite intense. If used with moderation through the day, it will have an enjoyable and focused high that lets you get things done.
