Martian Mean Green is has slightly more Sativa influence than Indica. She has a haze smoke and an uplifting stone. This strain hasn’t been grown outdoors too often, but indoors she will finish in around 9 to 10 weeks. She should do fine outdoors though due to her toughness. Martian Mean Green can grow in practically any environment, whether it is too hot or too cold. DNA Genetics, like all breeders recommend using organic soil along with organic nutrients. If you keep to that style, even a beginner grower can expect to get amazing yield and buds from this strain.

Martian Mean Green averages around 3 feet tall when you first start flowering, and typically finishes at about 4 to 5 feet tall so she doesn’t stretch too much. Per plant, you can expect about 100 grams, but if you use a sea of green method with around 20 to 25 plants you can expect to get 400 to 600 grams per square meter. The buds look quite loose, but with further inspection you’ll actually notice their dense and hard.

Be careful when growing this strain indoors, due to the fact that moving from vegetative phase to the flowering phase, the smell becomes outright dank and noticeable. If you’re not careful your neighbors and even the local authorities could be knocking on your door for some bud. She has a sweet and intense taste and odor that is minty and piney mixed in with some haze. The high is almost instant and uplifting, lasting awhile. Martian Mean Green provides you with a strong stone, that doesn’t put you to sleep and offers no paranoia. Medical users suggest using this strain for anxiety relief and stress relief.

Martian Mean Green won the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2005 for the Best Seed Company Sativa.
