LA Confidential is a commercial marijuana strain that was bred with OG Kush genetics in mind. OG Kush was an Afghani strain that was grown from clones and was very popular in Los Angeles around the 1990s. After that it spread to become world famous and has been put into rap songs from the likes of Cypress Hill and Snoop Dogg. OG Kush has resinous smoke, a deep and spicy taste and will get you into a trippy high like a dream. Authentic OG Kush is hard to find, but DNA’s LA Confidential was created to bring it to the everyday smoker.
LA Confidential was grown to do the best indoors, but can also be grown outdoors or in a greenhouse. She is very mildew resistant and is easy for just about anyone to grow. LA Confidential performs well with any growing medium. Forced flowering at around 3 to 4 feet tall she will stay small and only grow about an extra foot during the flowering cycle. That makes her a good strain for those who have low amounts of growing space.
LA Confidential forms buds that resemble popcorn, but are hard and dense and take on a very dark green hue. She can finish in around 7 to 8 weeks indoors, or around late September/early October outdoors. LA Confidential doesn’t yield the most, but has a well enough yield of around 300 to 500 grams per square meter in tight spaces.
LA Confidential has that great Kush high that everyone loves. It is a long lasting high that is quite psychedelic and will relax you. It won’t tend to make you sleepy, but it will make you lazy especially if you have things to do that require mental effort. LA Confidential will chill you out.
