Kerala Krush was named for the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent. It is famous for Hinduism, white beaches, tropical rainforests and also great cannabis. Kerala Krush is a tough Sativa-Indica hybrid. Flying Dutchmen seeds crosses a pure Keralan Sativa with a great Skunk #1 plant. She gives a great high along with good yields and a decent flowering time.
Kerala Krush does well both indoors and out. If you’re trying to grow this strain outdoors in more temperate regions a greenhouse will do you good. Flying Dutchmen recommends organically growing Kerala Krush in soil, but it can be done with hydroponics too.
Kerala Krush is slim and streamlined and grows to a medium height. Prune this plant once or twice before flowering indoors for the best results. You can also bend the branches to 45 degrees to reduce stretching and it lets light distribute amongst the buds evenly. Her buds are very resinous, but only if you make sure they fully mature. Towards the end of flowering the buds begin to fill in and become very dense and heavy. Kerala Krush finished in about 9 to 11 weeks when grown indoors.
When you grow her outdoors she will finish around the first half of November, but can finish earlier depending if you’re close to the equator. She can reach up to 9 feet tall if you don’t prune her when she is grown outdoors. Kerala Krush can yield atleast 500 grams per plant outdoors.
Kerala Krush’s high is a clear and cerebral high which is signature for Sativas. She tastes like a mixture of fruit and spices and is a great medical strain for stimulating appetites, easing menstrual cramps as well as controlling nausea.
