KC-45 is a different kind of plant due to its half Ruderalis heritage. Typically you won’t really find many strains that have Ruderalis genes in them. Ruderalis is a type of Russian sub-species of cannabis that is most notable for its auto flowering characteristics. Ruderalis will flower after it reaches a certain age regardless of the light cycles and whether it is indoors or outdoors. KC Brain Seeds developed KC-45 to grow effective outside. She can take a beating and can even grow well under cloudy weather due to the Ruderalis in her. The Brazilian Sativa father ensures that the high is great and like euphoria.
KC-45 can be grown indoors, but it is more suitable for growing outdoors in soil. Use organic fertilizers for the best and most natural results. When growing outdoors, you can expect KC-45 to grow to be about 7 feet tall with a Christmas tree shape. The branches are strong and have no foliage towards the stems, but can carry as many heavy colas as necessary. Indoors, KC-45 will take around 8 to 10 weeks to finish, and will finish around September 15th outdoors.
Whether you grow this strain indoors or outdoors you can expect very heavy yields. Outdoor yields can reach over 3 pounds of quality bud per plant. Her buds are shaped like long cylinders and are pretty compact.
KC-45′s smell depends on where you grow it, but tends to release a strong lemony smell when it is handled. KC-45 has a rapid on-setting high that is quite strong. It will lift you up like most Sativas, but isn’t quite as crazy as pure Sativa strains due to the Ruderalis. It is calm and settling, making this high great for outdoors activities like hiking and gardening.
