The first time I had heard about K3 or K2 was probably a week or so ago, and I read one review about this legal marijuana alternative, made a marijuana news post on the site about it, and that was all I heard about it til yesterday. Over the course of a week news about K2 or K3 being the legal herbal incense that smokes and has effects similar to marijuana spread like wildfire. It wasn’t shortly before I bought myself a gram of K3 at the gas station to try it out. It was kind of expensive $20 a bag, when I know I’ve seen them on the internet for much cheaper, but it was a gas station so I couldn’t expect too much of a deal.
K3/K2 is just an herbal incense blend of herbs, and spices and it smells like such. The smell is reminiscent of an Italian seasoning, like something you’d put on your pizza. The great thing about the smell is that it’s not that smelly and you only really smell it if you put your nose in the bag, and the smell doesn’t permeate across the room like weed does. Looking at the K3 blend it doesn’t look like much really, just like what any Italian seasoning would like except there’s small twigs in there too. It sure doesn’t look like marijuana so I was still kind of skeptical, but I was excited about it after talking to some people who had already tried.
Now, let’s get down to the smoking experience, all you need is about a small bowl and a half or two. The first time I smoked it all I needed was a small bowl, and after that I’ve been doing about a bowl and a half. It’s amazing what you can experience from such a small amount of K3, if you were smoking marijuana all you’d probably get is a tiny buzz from the same amount of weed. The effects of K3 are scarily similar to marijuana. It’s like being high at the same as not being high. It’s hard to explain, all of the familiar body buzzes you get from being high are there too, except instead of making you lazy and tired it kind of speeds you up a little bit. Frankly, I love the stuff as a legal marijuana alternative. It’s legal, it’s great when you don’t have marijuana, or can’t smoke. K3 isn’t detectable in drug tests, because it doesn’t have any THC, it’s a synthetic blend of special spices and herbs that give you the same effect as THC in marijuana. The only downside is that it doesn’t last as long as marijuana high. It’s probably about an hour and a half long total, but it doesn’t leave you feeling tired like cannabis.
I only bought a gram, but I will buy more definitely, the K3 herbal incense blend is the closest thing you can get to being high without actually being high. I wonder what it would be like to smoke some weed mixed in with K3, it’d probably get you wicked high.

Reading the comments above, i find a lot of good, and a lot of bad (from one alcholic brain damaged fool), and want to address a few points here.
First i have smoked pot for 46 years until a year ago when i tried an online smokeable herb that has since gone out of business, but it was good. The newer brands i have tried have slightly different effects, but none like pot. They give you a great high, you are still alert unlike pot, your thinking is clear, and uneffected like pot, and you don’t get tired after.
Some people have complained about stems. You are applying the rules of pot to a totally different plant. a good example are many plants are equally laden with the active ingreidient, and in some plants only the dried, prepared roots are useful. Other plants only the stems, and others only the leaves, and some only flowers. So the mix you seeing has nothing to do with waste twigs, or chaff filler. Next time pick all the stems out, and just smoke them, and you’ll get a great buzz the same as the leaf. Just be glad there’s no seeds, and no waste to have to toss.

Im not sure if anybody know this… but synthetic marijuana is not as safe as the real stuff. Look it up. smoke a little to much and you might be welcomed by a brain aneurysm or heart attack. I smoked a joint of the product and had sharp pains in my chest, thus prompting me to research it.( yea i know, i should have done that first)
Cool beanz is the good spice. No horrible affects just a great high.
