Hashberry is the child of two unique hand-picked strains. One of those parent strains originated in Kashmir, India, a place that is well-known for great hashish. The other is a California Indica which makes Hashberry more tolerant to a variety of growing conditions. Hashberry grows best indoor and outdoors. She does the best when grown outdoors between latitudes 45 degrees North and South. She also does well in places where the fall season is typically dry. Hashberry does well indoors with just about any gardening method.

Outdoors, Hashberry is a strong marijuana strain that comes with a thick stem to help with supporting her heavy buds. She averages a 8.5 to 9.5 week flowering time. Outdoor Hashberry plants will finish around the end of September in warmer climates, while more temperate climates will need a few extra weeks. You can also transplant clones around the summer solstice to shorten the flowering time by about two weeks. Hashberry does great when grown organically indoors. You barely have to feed her. All that is needed for great yield indoors is a good pot size and high quality potting soil.

Mandala recommends that you let Hashberry’s seedlings to reach about 8 to 10 inches and then force flowering upon them. By listening to Mandala’s advice most average growers can expect around 450 to 500 grams per square meter with 400 watts of light per meter. She is very tolerant of heat and is a breeze to grow. She is also a medium height plant so if you’re trying to maximize yield out of the little space you got, she is perfect. Hashberry has two distinct variations. The first is a plant that grows shorter and has branches that form about halfway and below. The other kind is a taller plant that shows pretty much zero branching. Make sure you give the first kind a little bit of extra room for more light penetration.

Hashberry forms a large main cola that has the majority of the weight of the buds. It smells yummy, like a spicy floral fruitiness that is just as tasteful as it smell. Long time marijuana smokers says it reminds them of the great pot of the 1970s. The younger plants tend to smell like blueberry jam while other plants sometimes have a minty and peppery taste. Hashberry is also great for hashish, like the name suggests. It has a very clear creeper high that is old-school. It will give you a balance head-body buzz that sets into a body-only phase that will still allows you to be social while enjoying it. Hashberry is a great marijuana strain for relaxing and unwinding in the evening as well as curing stress and pain.
