Brainstorm Haze is great strain for growers that love various Haze strains and Haze’s special qualities. Delta 9 Labs used a pure Thai Haze mother and crossed her with Stargazer, a strain that is made up of several heavy hitters in the marijuana world, Sensi Star, Warlock, and AK-47.
Brainstorm Haze’s growth patterns reveal its Haze heritage through its stretchy growth and extended flowering cycle. On average, Brainstorm Haze takes 10 to 12 weeks to fully mature and will stretch alot during the first 2 weeks. As it begins to mature though, unlike other Hazes, Brainstorm stops growing taller and the buds continue to fill out which makes it look more like a tree with lots of branches and leaves instead of a bush. Brainstorm Haze has thin leaves, but aren’t as elongated as other Sativa strain’s leaves.
Brainstorm Haze’s parents may lead to some very airy buds, which is common with Haze strains. If you’re patient and wait for it to reach full maturity Brainstorm Haze’s fluffy buds fill out and become dense and rock hard during the last 3 weeks of flowering. So be sure to be patient.
When growing this strain in hydroponics, the flowering is shortened and the yields improve. Make sure you use Neem oil to stop pests and disease with this plant to keep it as less stressed as possible.
Brainstorm Haze does great outdoors in warm climates, especially in southern equatorial latitudes, but will also do well when grown indoors. Make sure you keep the temperature warm when growing indoors, because this tropical strain definitely prefers heat over cold.
