Blueberry x Northern Lights is a back crossed hybrid that is 75% Holland/US Pacific Northwest, and 25% Blueberry from DJ Short’s Delta 9 Collection of marijuana seeds. The result of this back crossing is a great marijuana plant with a strong, complex high accompanied with a balance of both physical and cerebral effects. Just like the name, the Blueberry heritage this hybrid comes from adds a familiar blueberry aroma along with occasional blue-purple tones to a mostly Northern Lights plant.
This strain has growth patterns that resemble the Indica dominated Northern Lights part of the plant with a couple of exceptions. Like Northern Lights, Blueberry x Northern Lights is a short plant with wide -fingered leaves, and dense, pungent buds. Due to Blueberry’s influence, this plant grows more elongated than your typical Northern Lights plant. They may also produce more thinner branches than other Northern Lights varieties.
Blueberry x Northern Lights isn’t suitable for a sea of green garden, so to get the best results grow it as a large indoor plant. Dr. Atomic prefers to stake multiple branched plant in 5 gallon pots of soil. Blueberry x Northern Lights also grows well outdoors, which makes this marijuana strain perfect for the newbie grower that wants an easy-to-maintain, larger plant that has a complex high and a great flavor and aroma.
