Blue Velvet is a long half Sativa and half Indica cross that was named for its appearance. Blue Velvet is also known as Blueberry Thai due to its heritage. It has long branches with lavender-red leaves. The buds have a typical ‘fox tail’ appearance. Calyxes from this plant are large and striped.
Blue Velvet has an odor and taste that is very enjoyable to everyone, a great-tasting mix between fruity and floral tones. The buzz from Blue Velvet is a euphoric even head/body buzz which makes it good for daytime use, creative solitary ventures, and socializing with your friends.
Blue Velvet is recommended for growing in a sea of green outdoors due to the height and minimal foliage produced from this strain. It also grows some tall plants outdoors, reaching almost a height of 9 feet when it is staked and not cropped. Outdoor plants can yield up to 300 grams of dried bud with an appropriate growing season.
