By crossing Blueberry males that were acquired from several different excellent breeders with Big Buddha Cheese, Big Buddha Seeds created Blue Cheese. Big Buddha Cheese is the backbone of several of Big Buddha Seeds’ breeding projects and experiments. The Blue Cheese seeds were then grown and they carefully selected a male out of 40 plants to become the first father of this strain. It was then crossed again with a Big Buddha Cheese female that makes this strain a mostly Cheese hybrid with a twist of blueberry.

Blue Cheese develops compact buds that swirl around and have purple hues by finishing time. Due to Blue Cheese’s close internodes this strain is perfect growing in a sea of green garden. Sea of green plants will finish and be fully mature around 8 to 10 weeks. Whether grown indoors or outdoors, Blue Cheese will grow a large main cola and then branch out moderately which adds to the yield if controlled properly. When grown outdoors this strain typically finished just in time for Halloween.

This strain has a great flavor that is soft and sweet blueberry, which any fruit fan will love. On top of that blueberry taste is a strong Cheese flavor that noone can mistake. It is a funky and dank woodsy addon to the blueberry flavor making for a great taste combination. The taste also has a tinge of sweet cotton candy and a hint of berries when exhaling. Blue Cheese’s yields aren’t as large as some commercial strains that have been selected for large buds. Blue Cheese’s yields will be generous when compared to other specialty strains.
