Very Berry is a mostly Sativa strain that was carefully chosen for the uplifting high and fruity berry flavors it possesses. Swiss Strawberry Haze is the mother. She isn’t well-known, but is well-loved by those who have tried and she comes Switzerland. The Blueberry father is mostly-Sativa and has been circulating the UK in the past 15 years. The father’s genetics come from a mixture of Thailand and Mexico.
Very Berry was originally created as an indoor marijuana strain, but she does well outdoors in locations that have long and warm autumn seasons. Make sure you have a full five months from spring to fall before the freezing weather starts. From the start, you can tell her appearance is Sativa. The branching is medium and stretches out wide to loosely resemble a Christmas tree. She has light green and thin leaves that appear waxy.
Very Berry can be tolerant of inexperience growers and a variety of growing environments, but for the best results, an experienced grower would need to be exact throughout the entire process. She recovers well as long as the grower doesn’t let the problem linger on and is in within reason. Very Berry performs best in a multiple branch structure and can deliver around 5 ounces per plant indoors. When forcing her to flower at 12 inches, you can expect plants about 3 feet tall at harvest time.
Very Berry will fill your house and grow room with the smell of fresh strawberries. It is a strong berry odor, but isn’t one that you would immediately recognize as weed. Around harvest time, the buds are decorated with orange hairs that are quite easy to manicure. Cured buds taste and smell just like fresh sweet berries and a mixture of strawberry thrown in also. Very Berry also delivers a great Sativa high that is very awake, happy, blissful and energetic. She is a functional weed that will allow you to thrive to get things done. Very Berry is good for enjoying fun times with friends, outdoors, or playing video games. After the fact, expect to be a bit drowsy though.
