Very Berry Haze was created in the US and utilized genetics from several East Coast strains acquired by the medical marijuana breeders at Apothecary. She is a pure sativa strain which means she’ll do best indoors or in a greenhouse unless you live around the equator.
Very Berry Haze has all of the qualities that most haze sativas carry. She will form into a large plant that has multiple budding sites and long, flexible branches. Due to the way she likes to grow, Very Berry Haze can practically only be grown as a multiple branching plant. Start flowering early so you don’t have a 12 foot tall plant under a 10 foot roof. When growing indoors, starting flowering at 6 inches will result in a finish plant of around 4 feet tall after a short 10 weeks. In Southern California outdoors, she will finish around the first of November and will be 12 feet tall when started at only 8 inches. Very Berry Haze has lush green foliage with thin leaves that can grow mold in colder climates. She does best in soil.
Very Berry Haze forms small popcorn buds at first. Then as time progresses they lengthen and fill out, creating large colas. Outdoors, this weed strain can yield up to 19 pounds, while indoor plants can yield anywhere between 1 to 8 ounces of high quality sativa haze bud.
Very Berry Haze’s name came from the delicious berry flavors that were drawn out just for this strain. Apothecary feels that the taste resembles boysenberry. Boysenberry is a combination of loganberry, raspberry and blackberry to create a pungent and earthy boysenberry fruit. You will be able to tell as the plant matures that boysenberry is strong within Very Berry Haze. Very Berry Haze has an awake, soaring, blissful high that is mentally refreshing and is great for mountain hikes, or just relaxing on a beautiful day.
