BC God Bud originated in the underground Canada medicinal marijuana community. In 2004 it was brought to the public in international fame when it was presented as a commercial marijuana strain of BC Bud Depot. BC God Bud is well-recognized as a strain that has heavy yields and a strong high that has helped increased its popularity throughout the years.
BC God Bud of BC Bud Depot is a short and compact plant that has large amounts of shiny, silvery resin. God Bud does great outdoors in California yielding up to 3 pounds of great quality marijuana per plant, but doesn’t do nearly as good in northern and colder climates. It can be a challenging grow for beginner growers, but for experienced marijuana growers BC God Bud is a hardy and pest resistant plant that will take in just about as much nutrients as you give her. It takes only 8 to 10 weeks for this strain to reach maturity and finish flowering. As it matures the leaves turn into from dark green into shades of purple. The smell is almost high inducing as the plant reach it’s harvest time. If you plan to grow this strain secretly you will definitely need some odor control methods.
BC God Bud is a short grower when compared to other strains. It will only reach about 2 to 3 feet at harvest, but it maximizes its bud production in smaller growing areas. This is not a single cola plant, but the side branching is minimal enough making her a decent choice for a sea of green garden. You can expect to get a yield of around 3 to 4 ounces of delicious buds when grown under these conditions.
BC God Bud has a tropical almost musky flavor that is accompanied by hints of berry, pine and lavender. It has a well balanced high that will creep up on you and is longlasting. It starts out calm at first, but then increases in intensity making for almost a hallucinogenic buzz. God Bud is good for medicinal marijuana patients due to its pain relief and sleep control. BC God Bud’s high is best when under calm environments rather than at parties or nightclubs.

I’ve enjoyed God Bud for a few months now. I have 4 which will harvest in Jan and plan on including her in all harvest’s I have in the future. Absolutely awsome medicine.
nice grow i grew bc god bud and all the ppl that tried it were in love from the begining they saw its purple masterpiece my plants were so purple the bud the stem everything was purple and it smelt like grapefruit and tasted so very sweet and berry
