Arjan’s Haze #3 is a mostly Sativa hybrid between Laos, Neville’s Haze and Super Silver Haze. Arjan’s Haze #3 is recommended by Green House Seed Company as the perfect Sativa strain for indoor growers as it provides the great haze high with the smaller sizes of Indica plants.
During growth, Arjan’s Haze #3 is very flexible which is great for breeding. When growing naturally, Arjan’s Haze #3 forms the typical Christmas pine tree shape known in Sativas. This marijuana strain flourishes outdoors like other Sativas, but with bending and height control methods can do almost as well indoors. When the flowers get dense, and heavy with buds the branches will need some support, and you should grow two plants every three square feet.
You can also control Arjan’s Haze #3′s height by using smaller containers which will limit root development. Using 2 gallon containers, the plants will reach around 3-4 feet, while in 5 gallon containers reach about 5 to 6 feet, and if with no root control, they can grow to be as tall as 10 feet.
When grown outdoors Arjan’s Haze #3 will reach its best ripeness around the end of October/beinning of November, and indoors it will take 11 weeks from the start of the flowering cycle. The hairs on Arjan’s Haze’s buds are thick and short, and often accompanying irregular shaped buds that become a pointy cone shape at maturation.
Arjan’s Haze #3, like most almost pure Sativa plants will keep flowering on the main cola well after the lower branches are finished. The woodsy, sweet and fruity Sativa flavor is something that keeps growers coming back for more, while the scent reminds you of lemon grass and mint. The high is just like every other haze high, strong and potent, slowly creeping up on you and sticking around for awhile.
